Male Steeder

D&D 2024 monster: Male Steeder. Source: Out of the Abyss. challenge rating 1/4, creature type Beast, Medium size, speed 30 ft., climb 30 ft. Duergar breed and train these giant Underdark-dwelling tarantulas. Male steeders are as big as ponies and used by the duergar as beasts of burden. The larger females are trained and used as mounts. Steeders don't spin webs, but they exude a sticky substance from their legs that lets them walk on walls and ceilings without trouble, as well as snare prey. Beast Medium 30 ft., climb 30 ft.
