Add the mead, orange liqueur, lemon juice, honey, and egg whites. Cover and shake for 1 minute to emulsify the egg whites. Remove the lid and fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds until chilled. Strain and divide the mixture between two old-fashioned glasses, making sure to evenly distribute the foam. Garnish with honeycomb and serve at once.
