Source: Puncheons and Flagons. recipe type The Low Lantern, serves 2, diet Vegetarian Ingredients 2.5 ounces dark spiced rum 1.5 ounces orange liqueur, such as triple sec or Cointreau 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 1 ounce fresh orange juice Roughly cracked or small ice cubes 1.5 cups lager 2 orange slices, to garnish Instructions Add the rum, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Cover and shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between two tulip glasses. Top each glass with ¾ cup of lager and gently stir with a long-handled spoon to combine. Garnish with orange slices and serve at once.
