Add the vodka, maraschino liqueur, coconut water, and lime juice. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Cover and shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Place a Luxardo cherry into the bottom of two cocktail glasses. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between the two glasses. Serve at once.
