Source: Puncheons and Flagons. recipe type One-Eyed Jax, serves 2, diet Contains meat Ingredients 0.5 cup diced cantaloupe 3 ounces amber sake (see Cook's Note) 1 ounce orange liqueur 1 ounce fresh yuzu or lemon juice 0.5 ounce honey Roughly cracked or small ice cubes Instructions In a cocktail shaker, use a muddler to pulverize the cantaloupe until the fruit is lightly mashed and the juices are released. Add the sake, orange liqueur, yuzu juice, and honey to the shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds to chill. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between two coupe glasses. Serve at once.
