Source: Puncheons and Flagons. recipe type The Hearth, serves 6, diet Vegetarian Ingredients 1.5 cups gin 0.5 cup falernum (see Cook's Note) 0.5 cup pineapple juice 1.5 cups carrot juice 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice Large ice cubes or block ice 1 cup ginger beer Crushed ice Cucumber spears, mint, strawberries, kiwi, Starfruit, edible flowers, chili-lime salt, for garnish Instructions In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine the gin, falernum, pineapple juice, carrot juice, and lemon juice. Add the large ice cubes to fill the bowl halfway and top with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. Fill six small jars halfway with crushed ice and ladle punch into each glass. Top each with sliced cucumbers, mint sprigs, strawberries, kiwi slices, starfruit, edible flowers, and/or chili-lime salt rim.
