Source: Puncheons and Flagons. recipe type The Hissing Stones, serves 6-8, diet Contains meat Ingredients 3 cups coconut water, preferably pressed 1 cup coconut milk (see Cook's Note) 1.25 cups fresh lemon juice 0.5 cup honey 1 lemon, sliced into ¼-inch rounds Roughly cracked or small ice cubes Instructions In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, coconut milk, lemon juice, and honey. Using a long-handled spoon, stir well until the honey is dissolved. Add the lemon slices. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice and serve in highball glasses at once.
