Source: Puncheons and Flagons. recipe type The Low Lantern, serves 2, diet Vegetarian Ingredients 4 ounces light rum 1 ounce Licor 43 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1 ounce coconut cream 4 dashes chocolate bitters Roughly cracked or small ice cubes Instructions In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, Licor 43, lime juice, coconut cream, and chocolate bitters. Fill it halfway with ice. Cover and shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Double strain the mixture to remove any coconut solids before dividing it evenly between two etched-glass coupes. Serve at once.
