Source: Heroes' Feast: The Deck of Many Morsels. recipe type Recipe, diet Contains meat Ingredients 1 7.5- to 8-ounce bag wavy potato chips (about 8 cups, loosely packed) 0.25 cup butter (see Tips) 0.25 cup honey Blended or pure chili powder 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional) Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Instructions Place the chips in a large bowl and set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and honey, stirring constantly to combine. Add 1 teaspoon chili powder or to taste, cayenne pepper (if using), and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper and stir to combine. Pour the mixture over the chips and stir and/or toss gently to coat well. If desired, adjust the seasoning as needed and serve immediately (see Tips).
