The DC is 20 + the level of the permanent Spell - the level of the dispelling Spell. Add the caster's Spellcasting ability modifier; an abjurer of 10th level or higher also adds their Proficiency Bonus. On a failure, the caster must spend 1 hour studying the effect after 21 - their Intelligence score days, unless that value is 0, in which case the hour is immediate. Each attempt reduces the DC by 1.
